ENGLAND'S GOOD FORM
England beat Wales in the 42nd match played between the two countries at Swansea on Saturday by two goals to one. Wales, therefore, who were the International champions last year, have now no chance of repeating that performance. England were, on the day, decidedly the better team, but Wales were unfortunate in having to make three late changes in the composition of their side.
England took the lead after 11 minutes' play, when Gray left his goal in an attempt to check Cook which left Roberts and easy opening. At the end of a quarter of an hour England increased their lead. Dorrell finished a splendid run and from his centre Roberts headed the ball through...
