Half a pound

Six ounces of Ground Rice, put into a quart of new milk, Stir it till it boils, Then put half a pound of butter, half pound of lump sugar, a little nutmeg, when cold add eight eggs, half the whites, You may put a paste at the bottom of the dish, You bake it, An hour a half Will bake it, the peel of a lemon is a great improvement.
