Cuckfield High Street in the 1870s

During the late 1870s, Cuckfield born landowner Frederick Waller employed a photographer to record images of Cuckfield and some of the properties he owned in the High Street.


The view looking down towards Holy Trinity Church, the Old School and shops will be very familiar.....

.... but can you identify the following four High Street houses photographed at the same time?


Two have been renamed since the pictures were taken and one has been replaced by several properties but they bear the original name.
