1925: Organ contracted 'double pneumonia'

Giving his annual report on the Wesleyan Church, on Good Friday, Mr Blackburn (Steward) said they wanted a new organ. Their present instrument suffered from asthma, and since the flood (laughter) of last autumn it had contracted. double pneumonia.
