The Urban Council has decided to insure the Queen's Hall, now in use as a Red Cross Hospital, against aircraft risks, and also their cottages against fire and aircraft risks. The rates on No. 1, Richmond-villas, are to be remitted all the time the house is occupied by Belgian refugees. Mrs Bevan says the fund for the maintenance of the refugees is diminishing, and she will be very grateful if further donations are sent to her by the charitable public.
