CUCKFIELD. 

WILLIAM HARD: (Royal Horse Artillery) in a letter to his wife at Whiteman's Green, Cuckfield, thanking her for writing paper, &c., says he is all right and well, but he could not get anything to write on as the Germans had looted every place he came to.
