CUCKFIELD.
On Friday last, about 100 men and horses, including five officers of H.M.’s 18th Hussars, being A and H troops, under the command of Captain Arbuthnot, were billeted at Cuckfield for one night, and marched for Brighton Barracks on the following morning, they having on the 16th marched from Godalming to Cuckfield.
The troops behaved well, and not a murmur was heard against them whilst here.
