CUCKFIELD.
On Friday last a quantity of wearing apparel and books were given to the children of the National School by the Misses Dealtry, of Bolnore. The number of children in the school is 130. The girls had a bonnet, frock or shoes, or some other article of dress; and the boys a smock frock, shoes, or a handkerchief, and all of them went home with smiling faces.
Sunday the boys who attend the Sunday School, and who are not connected with the National School, received a Bible, Testament, or Prayer Book.
